Between Moments is the culmination of my last 4 years of photography.
It is heavily Street Photography influenced. Is it street, though?
Well, obviously not, it has nature pics in it. It has blurred motion
shots and out of focus shots in it. Does it fall into whatever that
category is? Maybe, but don't be surprised if you see "tack
sharp" pics in there too ;o). Categorizing has always given
me a major headache. So, I'm doing away with it. Chronological ordering
of galleries is also a waste of my time. So, I'm doing away with
that also.
In
Between Noons is a collection of my images made during two continuous
photo shoots, both in New York City, New York, USA. One was between
12 Noon Saturday July 10, 2004 and 12 Noon Sunday July 11, 2004
and the second was between 12 Noon Saturday October 2, 2004 and
12 Noon Sunday October 3, 2004. We embarked on these lunacies, some
of whom are pictured within, from the Information Clock at Grand
Central Terminal. Sometimes we actually stayed together, too...but,
we always met back up to continue the journey. Was an extremely
enjoyable time by all. For those that have frequented the gallery
before when it was only the July shoot, I opted to combine the two
events vice having seperate presentations. The days were different,
but the outcomes were the same.
